• Billing data: top-up transactions and invoices (payment credentials stay with the payment provider)
• Service data: device metadata, operation logs, support conversations
• Device content: apps and files you place on cloud phones — encrypted at rest, never inspected except as required by law

2. How we use data

To operate the Service, process payments, prevent abuse and provide support. We do not sell personal data.

3. Cookies & analytics

Essential cookies keep you signed in. Optional analytics load only after consent where required.

4. Data retention

Account data is kept while your account is active. Device content is deleted 30 days after environment deletion; backups follow the same schedule.

5. Sharing

We share data only with processors necessary to run the Service (hosting, payments, email) under data processing agreements, or when legally compelled.

6. Your rights

You may access, export, correct or delete your personal data by contacting support@waitpid.ai.

7. Security

Encryption in transit and at rest, tenant isolation, least-privilege access and audit logging.

8. Changes

We will notify you of material changes via the Service or email.
