Refund Policy

1. Wallet top-ups

Unused wallet balance is refundable within 7 days of the top-up, via the original payment method. Crypto refunds return to the sending address.

2. Consumed usage

Device time (subscription or per-minute) and environment retention fees already consumed are non-refundable.

3. Subscriptions

Cancelling a subscription stops the next renewal; the current period remains active until it ends. Unused full months of multi-month terms are refunded at the undiscounted monthly rate.

4. Service failures

If a device is unavailable for more than 4 consecutive hours due to our fault, the affected time is credited back automatically.

5. How to request

Email support@waitpid.ai with your account email and transaction reference. Refunds are processed within 5 business days.
