By accessing or using the Waitpid cloud phone service (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. The service

Waitpid provides remotely accessible Android devices and related tooling. You retain ownership of the data you place on devices; we retain ownership of the platform.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to violate any law, infringe third-party rights, distribute malware, or interfere with the integrity of other tenants. Platform terms of the services you operate on remain your responsibility.

4. Accounts & security

You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for all activity under your account. Enable two-factor authentication for all team members.

5. Billing

Fees are charged from your wallet balance per the published pricing. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

6. Suspension & termination

We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms. You may terminate at any time; data retention after termination follows the Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.

8. Limitation of liability

Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts you paid in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms with notice via the Service. Material changes take effect 14 days after notice.
